The Samsung Galaxy A38 is Samsung’s upcoming mid-range smartphone, which will launch in 2027.

Display

The Samsung A38 will be equipped with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ display that will offer FHD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The panel will provide up to 1400 nits of brightness in harsh sunlight for improved visibility, and will reach up to 2200 nits for HDR content to enhance the viewing experience for movies and games. To protect the panel, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ will be used.

Camera

The camera system will include a triple lens rear setup: a 50MP main lens, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The back camera can record videos in 4K 30fps and 1080p 30/60fps. The front camera features a 32MP lens, capable of recording in 4K 30fps and 1080p 30fps.

Performance

It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, a 4nm fabrication chip with an octa-core architecture. The cores include one Cortex-A720 core clocked at 2.5 GHz, three Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz, and four Cortex-A520 cores at 1.8 GHz. The GPU is the Adreno 810. It will run Android 17 with OneUI 9.0.

Battery
